Refund & Shipping Policy

Effective June 30, 2026

NeuroFocus is sold as a preorder while we finish the first production run. This page explains what that means for shipping, cancellations, and refunds. Preorders are handled through Whop, so Whop’s own policies apply alongside this one.

The short version. A preorder reserves a unit from the first run (currently $49.99, targeting Q4 2026). You can cancel and get a full refund any time before your unit ships. After it arrives, you have 30 days to return it if it’s faulty or not what you expected.

01Preorders & shipping

  • A preorder reserves a NeuroFocus unit from an upcoming production run.
  • The ship window shown on the site (Q4 2026) is our current target. Hardware timelines can move; if the date slips materially, we’ll email preorder customers with the update.
  • We’ll email you tracking when your unit ships. You’re responsible for a correct address.
  • Any import duties or taxes for international orders are your responsibility and aren’t included in the price.

02Cancelling a preorder

Because preorders ship later, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your unit ships. Just email info@neurofocus.dev from the address you ordered with, or use Whop’s order controls.

03Returns after delivery

Once you receive your unit you have 30 days to request a return. To be refundable, the device should be in its original condition with all parts. If the product arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what was described, we’ll cover return shipping and refund or replace it. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping.

04How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop. Once a refund is approved it’s typically processed within a few business days, though your bank may take longer to show it.

05Warranty

We stand behind the hardware. If your unit develops a manufacturing fault, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it. This is in addition to any rights you have under your local consumer-protection law, which we don’t take away.
