  1. I

    Focus is a stat.

    Not a mood. Not a vibe. A measurable, trainable variable — like aim, like APM. What gets measured gets trained. We start here.

  2. II

    Real signal or nothing.

    Every demo is a real brain, in real time. No simulations dressed as data. No AI footage as proof. If the alpha suppression isn't on the scope, it doesn't ship. Credibility is the product.

  3. III

    Never overclaim.

    The gap between what neurotech promises and what it delivers is a graveyard. We publish what the hardware actually does — nothing it doesn’t. Every spec is defensible or deleted.

  4. IV

    Instrument, not gadget.

    No RGB. No mysticism. Lab-bench honesty in consumer hardware. If it wouldn't look at home next to an oscilloscope, it doesn't wear the name.

  5. V

    Your brain, your data.

    The signal belongs to the person who generated it. We take the tilt; you keep the focus. Raw access, local-first, open interfaces.

  6. VI

    Open where it matters.

    The interface layer is a commons — bci-mcp is open source, today. The hardware is the business. Closed silicon, open protocol.

  7. VII

    Build for the wedge.

    Gamers first: the hardest, most honest customers alive. They'll call a fake signal in milliseconds. Win them and the rest follows.

  1. VIII

    The keyboard is the bottleneck.

    You think at the speed of thought and communicate at the speed of typing. Every interface since the typewriter has forced the mind through a straw. We are building the direct line between human cognition and machine intelligence.

  2. IX

    Memory should be ambient.

    Somewhere along the way, education became storage — equations, syntax, dates, terabytes of recall crammed into wetware that was built for wonder. Machines are better vaults. Let them hold the knowledge. The human job is what machines can’t do: taste, judgment, invention.

  3. X

    The endgame.

    A world where any mind — regardless of training, language, or memory — works at the frontier of what's known. Where knowing is ambient and creating is the work. Where intelligence isn't measured by what you can retrieve, but by what you bring into existence that wasn't there before.
